About Me.
I am a Postdoctoral researcher and team leader at TU Munich hired on the VIVA project. Previously, I was a Senior Research Associate at Lancaster University. I joined Hans Gellersen's Team working on gaze and head coordination in VR as part of the Gemini ERC Grant
I finished my Ph.D. at the University of the Bundeswehr Munich in March 2023. I was supervised by Prof. Dr. Florian Alt and Dr. Mohamed Khamis. My research combines HCI and usable security. In particular, I focus on the use of eye gaze to enhance security mechanisms, including and not limited to gaze behavior in security-related situations and personal identification. My PhD is funded by the Studienstiftung des deutschen volkes

Working on evaluating and benchmarking the new VIVA eye tracker, which applies privacy by design by not using cameras for gaze estimation but using laser sensors.

Research associate working on eye gaze data privacy, collaborating nationally with the GIST group and internationally with coauthors from Portugal and Germany.
